Working with a practitioner · miHealth

What a miHealth session feels like.

A small handheld your practitioner glides over your body, or holds just above it. It's gentle, it's calm, and it's usually the most relaxing part of your visit.

Here's what it is, why your practitioner might use it, and exactly what to expect. There's nothing to prepare and nothing to take.

A session takes 20 to 30 minutes · Your practitioner decides if and when it's part of your plan

What it is

Energy back into the tissue.

Think of a car with a flat battery. The engine is fine, it just has no charge to turn over. Tired, tight or overworked parts of the body can be the same. miHealth is the jump-start.

It finds

It reads as it moves

As your practitioner glides it over your skin, it senses where the tissue has run low on charge and shows them on its screen. That's how they find the right spot.

It charges

A little energy, dosed by you

A very small current (far gentler than static from a jumper), soft red light and gentle magnetic pulses put energy back into the area. Your skin's response shapes the signal, and your practitioner can turn it down any time. When a spot has had enough, the device lets them know.

It informs

The right message, too

The same kind of information your Infoceuticals carry is also on the signal: the instructions for how that part of you is meant to run. Energy plus the message. Then your body takes it from there.

What to expect

Before, during and after.

A session takes 20 to 30 minutes and is a hands-on part of your visit. Most people describe it as relaxing. Here's how it usually goes.

Before

Sit or lie back

Wear whatever's comfortable. Your practitioner works over bare skin where they can, or just above clothing in off-body mode. If you've had your scan, it has already told them where to focus and which program to run.

During

A glide, a tingle, or nothing at all

On the skin, you may feel a light tingle or a soft warmth from the red light; many people feel very little. Held just above the body, you feel nothing at all, it's working as a field. A few minutes on an area, then on to the next.

After

Calm, warm, lighter

People often say they feel relaxed, looser, or pleasantly sleepy afterwards. There's nothing you need to do; most people carry on with their day. Notice how you feel over the next day or two, and tell your practitioner next time.

In an outcome study of 251 people, 88% said they felt a benefit after their first session, and 93% after their second. Everyone is different, and your practitioner will tell you what to expect for you.

Why your practitioner uses it

Your scan found where. miHealth goes there.

Your assessment reads your whole body field and shows your practitioner which parts of you are asking for support. Your Infoceuticals send the right information to those parts every day at home.

Some parts also need energy, right there, right then. A tight spot, a tired shoulder, a system that's been working overtime. That's the miHealth's job. Your practitioner chooses the program from your scan, places the device where the scan points, and lets your body take it from there.

It's one part of your plan: the scan shows where, your Infoceuticals and the miHealth support those areas, and your app keeps you on track between visits.

Good to know

Gentle, drug-free, and in your practitioner's hands.

Gentle by design

A little energy and light, and that's all. It's non-invasive and drug-free, and practitioners use it with clients of every age.

Sensitive spots welcome

If an area is too sensitive to touch, your practitioner holds the device just above it. Same program, no contact.

Tell them how it feels

Too much tingle? Say so. The intensity is adjustable, and it should always feel comfortable.

At home, if you'd like

Some people take one home.

Most people use miHealth in session, and that's plenty. Some like having the calming and energy programs to hand between visits. The home programs are simple and guided, and off-body mode means you can use it over clothes.

If that's you, ask your practitioner. Some lend a device for a few weeks; if you'd like your own, they'll put you in touch with our team. Either way, your practitioner stays your guide, and your plan stays theirs to set.

Questions people ask

Fair questions, straight answers.

Does it hurt?

No. On the skin, the most people feel is a light tingle or gentle warmth, and the intensity is adjustable, so just say if you'd like it turned down. Held above the body, you don't feel it at all.

How long is a session, and how many will I need?

A session takes 20 to 30 minutes, usually as part of your visit. How often depends on your plan: some people have it at every visit, some only now and then. Your practitioner will tell you what they have in mind for you.

Will I feel anything straight away?

Many people do: relaxed, warmer, looser. Others notice more over the following day or two, and the effect tends to build over sessions. Both are normal. Notice how you feel and tell your practitioner next time.

Can I drive or go back to work afterwards?

Yes. There's nothing you need to do afterwards and most people carry on with their day as normal. If you feel pleasantly sleepy, that's common. Take it easy if you can.

Does it make any noise?

Very little. The device shows your practitioner what it's reading on its screen, and it's quiet enough that most people simply relax through the session.

Is there an extra cost?

That depends on your practitioner and your plan. Some include it in a visit, some offer it as an add-on. Just ask; they'll tell you upfront.

Does it replace my Infoceuticals?

They do different jobs. Your Infoceuticals carry information to your systems and organs every day at home. The miHealth puts energy back into specific tissue, in the room. Most plans use the drops daily and the device in session.

Is this a medical treatment?

It's a wellness device that supports your body's own energy, recovery and relaxation. Keep seeing your doctor as usual; this sits alongside your medical care.

Three things to ask at your visit.

Ask your practitioner whether a miHealth session fits your plan, and if it does:
