Reporting lines run to Harry Massey, with Tony Watson leading a practitioner sales and education team and Jeremy Johnson leading supply chain.
Key hires: the US-based Supply Chain Manager is already hired; the Controller is hired (August 2026, with a bookkeeper in seat); sales closers scale with the practitioner ramp (each closer supports ~4 system sales/month, so headcount grows from ~3 reps to ~32 by 2031 in the plan).
