A general-wellness ecosystem — consumer devices, infoceuticals, an app and a practitioner platform — all feeding one AI diagnostic engine, FIELD.
How to read this. E4L is a general-wellness company. Our products are designed to support energy, resilience and wellbeing and healthy normal function; they are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Descriptions below are of what each product is designed to do, in structure/function and wellbeing terms.
The organizing idea
Everything E4L builds runs on one framework — the Vitality Equation: Vitality = Information × Voltage ÷ Resistance — operated as a three-step loop, Detect → Correct → Protect. Raise the quality of the body's information, support its cellular voltage, and lower the resistance that drains it. This sits under the Beyond Medicine banner: additive to conventional care, never a replacement for it.
The engine: FIELD
FIELD (Functional, Integrative, Energetic, Longevity Diagnostics) is the AI diagnostic engine at the centre of the ecosystem. Every device, infoceutical, app interaction and practitioner session generates the signal FIELD learns from. It is grounded in an acquired dataset of 1M+ scans built over 26 years — the reference base for the platform’s pattern-recognition. The Company owns FIELD outright, through the acquired NES Health LLC subsidiary; there is no licence caveat over the core technology.
The consumer products
- GEM app. The gateway to the ecosystem — a free 30-day trial, then Member ($10/mo), the GEM plan ($30/mo, paired with the GEM device) and Guided ($90/mo, three Infoceuticals shipped monthly on a three-month commitment). It is the low-cost front door that turns consumers into buyers of the products and into clients, and moves some up into coaches and practitioners. The app carries the consumer AI: the GEM diagnostic algorithm, the Vitality scoring engine, computer-vision analysis and the Aurora AI Health Coach.
- GEM wearable. A $397 wrist-worn device that delivers hourly energetic corrections — the Resistance term of the equation.
- Infoceuticals. "Energized structured water" wellness supplements (Cell Driver+ from $38; $33 a bottle for the rest, three for $99, or Guided at $90/mo); a re-scan every 30 days refreshes the three and drives recurring reorders — the Information term, and the most-studied modality (see the Science & Evidence Summary).
The practitioner products (B2B2C)
- miHealth device. A $5,000 practitioner-led bioenergetic device — the Voltage term. In the final stages of FDA over-the-counter clearance for pain relief (a clearance status in progress, not a present treatment claim).
- BWS / FIELD platform. The practitioner AI system, delivered on a rent-to-own recurring licence.
- Wholesale consumables. Recurring infoceutical wholesale to the active practitioner base.

The technology moat
- Patents. The core pulse-encoding technology is protected by a granted UK patent (2024), with a corresponding US patent application filed in 2022 (see the IP & Chain-of-Title Summary).
- Data. The 26-year, 1M+-scan dataset that FIELD is built on is difficult to replicate and compounds as the consumer and practitioner bases grow.
- Owned outright. FIELD and the products are owned by the Company through the acquired subsidiaries — no in-licence, no royalty, no seller note.
Roadmap, honestly labelled. Longer-horizon concepts — a continuous "closed-loop" of sensing and correction, a home "sanctuary" device — are described in the Industry Thesis as forward-looking views of where the sector may go, not products E4L sells today. What ships now is the Phase-1 layer above.
