What's actually free?

Your first 30 days: the scan, your Vitality Score, FaceAge, your three pillars, your recommendations, and the coach — all on your phone, no GEM needed. Own the GEM Wearable? Download the app and you're a Wearable member: scanning, your scores and its six programs stay free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, on the monthly plans — Member and the GEM plan are month to month. Guided and Everything are three-month commitments, billed monthly, because a month is too short to feel a difference; they renew for another three months unless you cancel.

Do I need the GEM to subscribe?

Member ($10) and Guided ($90) work phone-only. The GEM plan ($30) needs the GEM, because it runs the three personalised layers all day. It includes Member. The six on-demand programs come with the GEM itself, no plan needed.

How does billing work after the trial?

No card is needed for the trial. We remind you before it ends, and nothing is charged until you choose to continue on Member. After that you can cancel any time from your profile.
