A mother brought her 8 year old to my office. She described her daughter as chronically tired; she asked to be carried all the time, didn't have energy to get out of bed in the mornings, needed to put her head down in her desk in school.

I have had ongoing knee problems which were partly resolved by a partial knee replacement. Since 2017 I experienced trigeminal nerve pain in my right face. It continued to become worse; I had surgery in 2024 to place a sheath between my TG nerve and vein. I have a 20-year-old three-legged cat. When she was a tiny baby, something bit her leg off. Recovery After a Severe Liver Laceration

In March, I fell from a pony when the saddle slipped. As a result of the fall, I suffered a 9 cm liver laceration, which fortunately stopped just short of the liver's main artery. The injury was serious enough to require two days in intensive care, followed by a week of bed rest in the hospital.

The doctors estimated a recovery period of approximately three months, during which rest was considered essential. Before I was discharged, a follow-up scan revealed that part of my liver was not receiving adequate blood flow. As a result, I was scheduled for another check-up two months later. If the blood flow had not improved by then, laparoscopic surgery would have been necessary.

As a miHealth Practitioner, I naturally had my device with me and used it to support my recovery. Initially, I used the Acute Trauma program. After two days, I also started a personalized program based on the findings from my scan. My Body Wasn't Broken — It Was Overwhelmed

There was a time when I truly believed my life was over.

The lowest point in my health journey came when my elderly mother needed my help — and I couldn't even find the energy to shower more than a couple of times a week. I was supposed to be supporting her. Instead, I could barely support myself.

PTSD, depression, chronic fatigue, and fibromyalgia had hollowed me out.

I felt useless. I had left the corporate world and was working toward certifications as an Integrative Health Practitioner. I was doing everything "right" — eating clean, taking supplements, limiting EMFs, detoxing, resetting my liver. And yet, I still felt like an imposter. How could I help others heal when I couldn't heal myself?

A typical bad day started before I even got out of bed. I would wake up already exhausted and overwhelmed. I dreaded walking down the stairs and facing my family and pets because I knew even small interactions would drain what little energy I had. I lived in constant pain — level 8 to 10 most days. I was angry. Resentful. I felt like my mind and body were betraying me.

More than anything, I felt hopeless.

Discovering Bioenergetics
